After a sold out debut last summer the second edition of one of the UK’s hottest dance festivals returns to London’s Trent Park, with a colossal line-up that will have you spinning across genres from legends of House - Todd Terry, Kings Of House, Joey Negro, Crystal Waters, Barbara Tucker, Matt Jam Lemont, Soul Icons - Jazzy B and Soul II Soul, Godfather of Neo-soul Roy Ayers and Dancehall Don Mr Vegas.

Set over six stages covering house, garage, soul, funk, dub, dancehall and disco it will guarantee to take you on a nostalgic journey through the decades.

CRYSTAL WATERS

A festival favourite, BackTo95 arena hosts Crystal Waters celebrating 25 years of her hypnotic global-hit, “La da dee la da da,” but actually titled, “Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless).”  The chants are set to send shockwaves across the magnificent stretches of the green belt.

Renowned American vibraphonist, Roy Ayers Ubiquity, whose catalogue spans eras, will headline We Love Soul stage, making it funky alongside Jazzie B and Paul Trouble Anderson and a very special live set from the 80’s frontman of The System‘s Mic Murphy performing, ‘You’re In My System.”

Serving up pre-carnival bashment vibes artist Mr Vegas will headline the reggae stage ensuring you get a good headstand wine and wuk out ready for Notting Hill next month. Once the rum-punch and sun lick, you will be ready for his 2011 sweetener, “Bruk It Dung.”

Wanna go back to 80’s Sound System? Veteran Tippa Irie will play an exclusive vintage set and Dawn Penn brings a live PA.
