Abiola Lawal graduated in 2006 with a BA Hons in English Language & Literature from the University of Liverpool where she was also a Film & Features writer for the Liverpool Student newspaper for 2 years. Back in London she works for a publishing company full time but in her spare time writes theatre reviews for Afridiziak Theatre News, an online theatre magazine which showcases African-Caribbean theatre in the UK. Angela Douglas is a talented freelance Journalist and Photographer with several years’ media experience. She has contributed to black publications, including Pride Magazine and Darker Than Blue.com, produced images for BET Networks and Kush Films, and worked for various record labels namely Dune Music Ltd, Joe-G Records and Nerol Productions after graduating from London Metropolitan University with a First Class Honours Degree in Journalism Studies.
