Sophia Romain aka SULTRY COCO is...

How and when did you become a part of 4Flava?
I had heard of 4Flava previously to joining and had always been in touch with Joycelyn. One day she came to me and told me about all the great things that were happening with 4Flava and I was more than grateful to join in on such an exciting journey! I then met the girls in December 2010 and the hard work began!
How are you feeling about the future?
I'm feeling confident and excited about the future of 4Flava, we have all applied ourselves and given our all to this, which can only lead to a positive outcome.

Elizabeth Ajao aka CLASSY CINNAMON is...
...demure, mysterious, kind but tough, always approachable, mellow, laid back, yet refined and elegant. Although Cinnamon can be very sweet, she is sensual, with an understated classy quality that makes her a woman.
How do you feel about the line up now?
The line up at the moment is really great, we are all very different personalities, voices and styles but it works. We work as a team and that is our greatest strength, and we have fun!
Where do you expect your career to take you in the next few years?
I would like to just keep performing to bigger and bigger crowds, I love what I do and any chance to be creative. I just wanna ride this like a roller coaster and give everything a go along the way.

Chantel Alleyne aka DIVA KARAMEL is...
...funny, outgoing…she loves having a laugh with the girls.
How and when did you become a part of 4Flava?
I used to be in another group that Joycelyn Managed called FIERCE. FIERCE had 4 top 25 hits, the highest being a Number 3 with a cover version of Anita Baker’s ‘Sweet Love’. We supported Puff Daddy and Whitney Houston when they came to the UK. I enjoyed every minute of being a part of the group. Due to other members not being so committed and wanting to go their separate ways FIERCE came to an end and months later Joycelyn came up with the concept of 4FLAVA and I have been a part of 4FLAVA ever since.
Why have there been changes to the line up?
Putting a group together is not the easiest thing to do - you have to think about vocal abilities, personalities, strength of character and chemistry as well as the individual’s work ethic. For those reasons sometimes the chemistry has not been right or individuals just didn’t take it seriously enough to work towards the bigger picture and therefore started slacking so they had to be replaced.
Individuals may not have always liked it and at times it caused a backlash with them bad mouthing the group and spreading negative rumours. I guess some people just can’t except that they are not good enough so they try to bring the whole thing down.
It has not been easy but with this amazing line up and the hard work and belief from our Manager Joycelyn there is finally light at the end of the tunnel.

I love being a FLAVA and love being Diva KARAMEL!”.
Martina Bosede aka Playful HONEY is...
...a fun loving girl, she enjoys playing around and says laughing is her favourite thing! Being focused and having a positive attitude is a key to success in her eyes, she can be assertive when needs be, and is very much a peace maker. She is truly a girlie girl, but at the same time, she likes being a tomboy and chillin’ in trackie. Young Playful Loving Assertive Focused and doll-like!

How are you feeling as the newest member of 4FLAVA?
I am now in the group just over 2 weeks & I'm feeling happy. We have a great manager,
The girls are lovely & I’m really looking forward to our future projects.
